Do investors come into my home?
Yes, some investors may need to visit the property to verify its condition. Only vetted investors with serious interest will be allowed to do so. We’ll coordinate everything with you to keep the process smooth and respectful of your time. Walkthroughs and inspections will be scheduled based on your availability. There will be no open houses.
Are there any fees?
